Abstract:
Abstract (Translated):
The purpose of this article is to report on the results of an empirical study that examined the critical success factors of interdisciplinary research projects in social science. It is based on an empirical study investigating the opinions of professors from the field of Business Administration and Social Psychology. We argue that the success of interdisciplinary research projects depends critically on the implementation of tailormade incentive systems.
