Abstract:
This research aims to identify the supply factors (as variables) affecting quinoa exports in Bolivia. To do so, under the hypothesis that the determinants of the level of exports are on the supply side, the econometric technique of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) is used. The main conclusion from the study period 1991-2018 is that quinoa exports were generated essentially due to the increase in land dedicated to production and the increase in international prices.
