Abstract (Translated):
The holistic behavioral approach of dynamic capabilities has led companies to respond to survive and improve in the face of the post-pandemic challenge. The objective was to analyze the effect that market orientation, learning orientation and innovation have on business resilience. A quantitative approach of explanatory scope in a sample of 403 Mexican companies was done. With the modeling of structural equations with least squares using PLS-SEM was shown that environmental dynamism significantly strengthened the relationships of market orientation, learning orientation and innovation with a resilient response to the effects caused. The indirect effect exerted by innovation as a mediating variable was verified; The development of learning and customer focus promote creative practices that leverage resilient responses so that companies adapt to contingent situations and migrate stronger to reconfiguration scenarios. The empirical contribution feeds back knowledge about the actions that companies take in the face of changing events; and it suggests to companies to support their higherorder activities and put into practice proactive skills for their long-term sustainability.
