Abstract (Translated): 
From the negotiations of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, environmental issues become ever more applicants in the international agenda and in the various multilateral agendas, not just as questions of environmental protection, but mainly sustainable development, energy security and food security. In this scenario, Brazil has assumed increasingly important role in the multilateral negotiations contemporary environmental, depending on their position sui generis, as the richest country in biodiversity on the planet.
