Abstract (Translated): 
Commercial life, that has started with product exchange and has taken present form, has become an effective development of economy. Undoubtedly, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) role and importance in this economic development is very important. SMEs constitute an important part of world economy. But as opposed to their importance, SMEs have not been, yet, given enough support in terms of financing, incentive and similar issue. In such an instance, It become necessary to provide studies on supporting entrepreneurship, providing suitable business environment and right commercial credits to SMEs, as opposed to the banks that only provides credits to big scale companies, to remove lack of information and collateral obstacles. In this context, SMEs are described and some information are given about the place of SMEs in economy. SMEs's growth, finance and incentive problems have been analyzed and some solutions are offered to handle this problems. In this research Questionnaire technique is used for investigation.
