Zusammenfassung:
As the need for private resources among the NGO, not only for their maintenance but also for the fulfilment of their aims requires increasingly efficient organizational strategies, the study of fundraising and its efficiency raises an enormous interest. Based on previous research, this paper attempts to analyse the relationship and influence of a series of strategic and organizational characteristics of the private resources collection in a particular actor from the non profitable field: Spanish NGO for Development. From a logistical regression model, the probability of collecting the highest amount of private resources is quantified, and identifying as the most relevant explanatory variables the role of emergency and humanitarian aid, the management of resources from companies, the development of activities in the North, and the organization size. The impact on the referred probability, of each of these variables present in the logistical equation has been simultaneously measured.
