Abstract:

This is why business process management has become an area of highest priority for most companies in recent years. Business process management can lead to business success by applying process orientation. Thousands of companies have adopted a process meaning. Business process-oriented companies outperform competitors in terms of financial and non-financial performance. Despite the topicality of the issue of process orientation, there is a lack of research on its presence in companies in the Republic of Serbia.
