Abstract:
Um dem Mangel an Pflegefachkräften in Deutschland zu begegnen, wurde die bisher getrennte Alten- und Krankenpflegeausbildung zusammengeführt. Seit Januar 2020 erfolgt eine generalisierte Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau und zum Pflegefachmann auf Grundlage des Pflegeberufegesetzes, zugleich wurde eine neue Statistik zu dieser neuen Ausbildungsform eingeführt. Der Aufsatz informiert über die rechtlichen Grundlagen, den Einführungsprozess der Pflegeausbildungsstatistik, die aktuelle Erweiterung um die hochschulische Pflegeausbildung sowie die geplante Erweiterung um die Pflegefachassistenzausbildung. Er gibt einen Überblick über die Entwicklung der Datenlage und zeigt, wie Lösungsquoten, das heißt die Anteile an vorzeitigen Vertragslösungen in der Pflegeausbildung, dargestellt werden können.

In order to address the shortage of care professionals in Germany, the previously separate vocational training programmes for elder and nursing care were merged into a single training programme. This article provides information on the legal basis and the implementation process of the statistics on vocational training for nursing and care professions. The scope of the statistics is currently being extended to include higher education for nursing and care professions, and the statistics are scheduled to include training for nursing and care assistants. Furthermore, the article describes the development of the data situation and explains the process for computing contract dissolution rates, that is, the percentage of training contracts terminated or dissolved before the completion of training.
