Abstract: 
To reboot the economy of China in the post-Coronavirus Disease-2019 (post-COVID-19) era, street stall economy revives yet is facing several dilemmas. This article analyses the rise and fall of street stall economy in China, followed by the discussion of regulatory dilemmas on street vendors' legal status, road administration, food safety, and environmental protection, respectively. The suggestions including places designation, training service and smart regulation are provided to solve the dilemmas.
