Abstract (Translated): 
We propose a systemic analytical approach that links green jobs with sustainable agricultural technologies adoption, considering a gender perspective. In addition, we identify factors (from producers and the environment) that influence the use (or lack thereof) of this technologies. This approach is applied to quinoa in the Andean countries of Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador. Since quinoa production is essentially family-based, the part of green jobs concept related with decent or dignified employment is approximate with fair, stable, and sustainable labor income - once there are no employers. We found that the high demand increase for the grain has, in many circumstances, shifted away from the adoption of sustainable technologies (mainly in Bolivia, due to soil degradation, and in Peru, with the largest production of conventional quinoa). Labor income has improved somewhat with rising prices, but it remains far from being fair, stable, and sustainable. The factors of influence analyzed are in some cases relevant to promoting sustainable production and, hence, creating green jobs; however, the challenges are much greater. Finally, from a gender perspective, we observe gaps in knowledge, information, access to financing and land, which would further limit women's progress towards the adoption of sustainable technologies.
