Abstract: 
We discuss our lessons from 8 years of teaching business model innovation to executives in our part-time MBA program. We examine how strategic foresight tools are particularly useful to help students to overcome the cognitive bounds that inhibit business model innovation and discuss the considerations of using studentowned live cases.
