Abstract (Translated):
Entrepreneurial activity among young people in Germany remains low, thereby limiting Germany's future innovation potential. A conjoint analysis of 297 young entrepreneurial-minded individuals identifies financial support - such as a start-up basic income and access to venture capital - as the most effective measures for increasing the attractiveness of youth entrepreneurship besides networking, mentoring and educational offers. Targeted supporting measures could help activate an untapped entrepreneurial potential and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
