Abstract (Translated):
This article aims to present the digitization index developed for a sample of organizations related to cultural and creative activities in Colombia, from data collected in a survey applied by Ibero-American official institutions and universities that are part of the Ibero-American Observatory of Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Ibero-America. The method used to obtain the digitization index was that of Specific Components Analysis (ACE), and in this case the indicator contemplates three dimensions, which are important to consider: Implementation and development of digitization; Commercial performance through digitization, and obstacles of digitization.
