Abstract (Translated): 
Under a perspective based on resources, businesses competitiveness is related to how they can develop, produce and sell products and services, in a dynamic economic sector in terms of quality and responses to the necessities of the context, giving significance to studies for identifying routines, activities and strategies that businesses must develop to generate value through the creation of new products and processes or significant improvements to current ones. Nowadays it is a worry in theorists to understand what companies capabilities must develop to be competitive and sustainable in the future.The next work is aimed to diagnose, under the dynamic capabilities approach, the level of maturity of the touristic sector in the department of Sucre, and for its analysis, the activities related to the dynamic capabilities of absorption, adaptation, innovation and learning are integrated.
