Abstract (Translated): 
Argentina is waiting its inclusion as a fully member of The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). In this respect, Argentina has presented an Action Plan 2016/2017 that includes public policies reforms in order to reinforce economic growth, competitiveness and the institutions. One of the key point OECD works on their members is the public integrity. Even though anti-corruption agency ask OECD for a diagnose, this work focuses on the strength and deficiencies of the National Government of Argentina in maintain a governance rooted on integrity over time, OECD recommends. Nowadays integrity is in public opinion, because of the appearance of notebooks where a driver wrote money circuits. While lot of businessman and ex government officials state en court, the society is surprised of the revelations and demands justice and punishment. Is the right time to rethink and became better at integrity, in order to avoid a similar situation in the future.
