Abstract (Translated):
Product- and partner-level disaggregated trade data linked with firm-level data make possible the understanding of the structure of foreign trade. This study analyses the trade duration of firms, its relation to the products and partners and the foreign trade margins defined in different ways. Half of the firms exporting and/or importing at least two produts belong at least to two industries. Trade volume seems to move together with the intensive margin defined at the country level.
