Abstract (Translated): 
The objective of this paper is to quantify and qualify the technological evolution of the Brazilian textile and construction supply chains between 1985 and 2009. The main conclusion is the following: it has not been strong changes on the technological emphasis of the two supply chains; however, it has been many secondary innovations inside each emphasis.
