Abstract:
Aus einer institutionenethischen Perspektive entwickelt der vorliegende Beitrag in sieben Thesen, wie der gesellschaftliche Umgang mit Skandalen so kultiviert werden kann, dass sie sich in einer (Re-)Formierung institutioneller Anreize niederschlagen und so gesellschaftliche Lernprozesse nicht nur fordern, sondern auch tatsächlich fördern.

From the perspective of institutional ethics, this article formulates seven lessons that might be helpful in cultivating the societal handling of scandals, such that they lead to a (re-)formulation of institutional incentives and thus contribute to futore-oriented learning processes.
