Abstract: 
Der Gegensatz von Logik und Intuition, von rationaler Planung und agilem Gestalten, ist in Zeiten der digitalen Transformation zu einem Schlüsselthema geworden. Verzicht auf Businesspläne, agile Managementmethoden, neue Geschäftsmodelle, Selbstführung, Bürokratie ablösen sind die Stichworte. Aber kann auf rationale Planung und hierarchische Führung wirklich verzichtet werden?
