Abstract:
The new Ghanaian government has taken over a serious mortgage. It has to be responsible for the mistakes of the Nkrumah government, whose great development projects often failed because of the country’s insufficient overall development. A valuable survey of the problems in agriculture and industry, which have to be solved by the development policy and which are not always taken into consideration adequately by the rich nations might be given in an interview with Prof. Frederick T. Sai from Ghana.
