Abstract: In the last quarter of century (post-communist period after '89) in Romania, rural areas and small rural households were highly stable systems, providing social and economic security. Small-scale agriculture has become and continues to be the main supplier in rural labour market in the absence of other non-agricultural employment opportunities; achieve higher levels of economic performance compared to large farms by diversifying their production structure due to they have an important contribution to the national food security; food self-consumption, supported by small farms has an leverage effect against poverty. If the resilience means the ability of an individual, household, community, region or country to resist, to adapt, and quickly recover after a crisis, shock, change, the economic and social functions and roles assumed in the transition period by small Romanian rural households gives them the attributes of an resilient answer of the entire Romania to the post-communist changes and shocks.</summary>

Abstract: Planning is the process of identifying the present situation, setting goals and define ways to achieve the objectives. Planning is the primary function of business management because of time preparing space for all other aspects of management, is considered a link between past and present [2]. Use of computer technology in agriculture will have a significant effect, provided achieving integrated information systems at macro (national agriculture, ministry) and micro (farm, farms etc.). Expanding use of computers in agriculture will ensure rational use of resources, their savings, the provision of complete and operative information on the conditions of production, the supply-sales market, the cost on profitability, etc. Thus, this work demonstrates the need and applicability of computer systems at the level of companies.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: Farms regional economic developments identified in the FADN PANEL

Abstract: The paper adresses an approach on indicators from the public database FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network), at farm level selected from Romania. The study focused on analyzing the data series in 2012 (the latest year reported in the FADN) and the second part of the study was supported by the report on the last six years (2007-2012) and four of the eight regions. The data comes from public database FADN and the methodology consisted of a descriptive analysis of the data and presenting them as graphic and tabular form. The results recorded consisted of highlighting the differences between regions and survey findings have highlighted a decrease in interest and rental costs and also in investment levels, compared to 2012; in the same conditions, the total production and cash flow increased.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: An initiative to link between research and support for young farmers who access the sub-measure 6.1 - RDP 2014-2020

Abstract: The paper highlights the involvement of field research in achieving a model farm calves for fattening and associated with basic fodder popularizing information and for practical use, which is necessary for young farmers first install the head / manager of a holding in a production animal competitive. This study is based on a business plan prepared according to the Applicant's Guide for sub-measure 6.1 of the RDP 2014-2020, and meetings with young farmers. Development of a forage-based livestock farms related constitutes an advantage for farmers resulting from the combination of two types of activities in that young farmer could sell his crop production on the farm, thus reducing cost production of animal products by 60%. In the same time, the young farmer can judiciously organize his activities in both farms livestock and crops plant having a rigorous and permanent control, so that it can intervene if there are any financial losses during the production process. The results reveal that young farmers could benefit from improved access to information, but there is no real benefit assessment because of the small number of relevant surveys.</summary>
