Abstract: 
The adoption and expansion of IT (Information Technologies) in environment enterprise is taking place at high speed. ERP systems arise from the most innovative IT and computer systems and these have been implemented by companies around the world. When the system is implemented, the maintenance begins. The maintenance process outcome will be satisfactory if the professionals manage the risks. Poor management of these risks often causes failures in the system. Moreover, it provoke that the companies have to assume high losses. For that, we have done a formal study which identify and classify the risks that affecting ERP maintenance process. As a result of our study, we present the twodimensional framework created. It represents the risks identified in the literature.
