Zusammenfassung:
The main objective of this paper is to determine if it is possible to find within the credit market any restrictions, for instance to credit concessions and its commercial conditions to more little firms or to those that do not have a strong relationship whit their usual banks, and, if the credit rationing is properly perceived by firms. The quantitative research was based on information obtained from questionnaires sent to 816 companies and from the accounting information that by law must be at the disposal of the public scrutiny. The conjoint analysis allowed us to determine the type of existing credit rationing within the credit market, as well as factors influencing and determining. Finally, we conclude with a set of recommendations for the different enterprises, the financial entities as well as public institutions for the amelioration of the efficiency of the banking credit market and the reduction of negative consequences of the credit rationing.
