Abstract:
Abstract (Translated):
Start-ups in the environmental sector are much like start-ups in other industries. To improve the individual success and to achieve the aim of sustainable quality of life, it is necessary to improve the relationship between ecological and economical knowhow. Changes in the world’s industrial structure and in modern communication technology offer new possibilities for small and medium sized enterprises (e. g. service companies in the environmental sector) to enter new markets. The analysis of the working conditions in start-up companies in the environmental sector showed that these conditions are hardly comparable with those in multinational companies. The lack of resources (time and money) of the entrepreneur demands a high level of flexibility of the employees. The better the entrepreneur informs the employees about the ecological and economical situation of the company, the more support he will get from the staff.
