Abstract:
Abstract (Translated):
Since the 80´s atypical employment forms in Germany have gained significance in relation to the traditional 'regular employment relationship'. In the labour market policy debate the interest in employment forms such as agency work, marginal parttime work and temporary work relates to their contribution to labour market integration. This study concerns itself with the question whether atypical employment forms facilitate or hamper the transition to regular employment. The emphasis is thereby on the risk potential of atypical employment forms with view to the future employment course.
