Abstract (Translated):
There is a need to place in balance the institutional barriers to whitecollar wrongdoings within organizations. To do this an organization may embrace aims more encompassing than the usual ones as well as methods of acknowledging and reinforcing the worth of people. Here one expounds a general and schematic proposal of a program of integrity. Its precepts include: orientation toward persons; encouragement of moral sense and moral conduct; creation of an internal community which is cohesive, has solidarity and is collaborative; involvement of the employees with the fate of the organization; in addition, adoption of some recent institutions of support.
