Zusammenfassung (übersetzt):
The objective of this study is to identify the main factors that determine the success in the labor insertion of university students in Spain. Using the Survey of Labor Insertion of University Graduates (EILU), which contains data from graduates in the 2009/2010 academic year we made several indicators in order to represent labor market success. Through the regression of ordinal and binomial probit models, we seek to identify the main factors that cause such success. From the results obtained it is concluded that the success in the labor insertion is positively related to the fact of working full time during the studies period, with the persistence of the gender differences and with the absence of incidence of the programs of mobility made by students.
