| Abstract: | | As it is emphasized in marketing, management, and strategic management literature, market orientation, learning orientation, and innovativeness are regarded together as having a significant impact on a firm's performance. The objective of this study is to find out the interrelationships of these variables and their impact on performance in the Turkish logistics sector by using Structural Equation Modeling. The research findings revealed that the firms in the logistics sector in Turkey are market oriented, learning oriented, and innovative and that all variables are effective on performance enhancement. |
