Abstract:
Abstract (Translated):
The importance of the markteting concept for management is the subject of a long-standing controversy. This empirical study shows, that together with other orientations of management the market orientation contributes substantially to the firm's success. In addition, the results show, that some organizational actions designed to implement the marketing concept within the firm may cause negative side effects on the firms's success. This risk could be handled by observing a number of practical measures explained in this article.
