Zusammenfassung: 
The use of technology in the learning-teaching process in Management is promoted by professors and students everywhere. Moreover, the students are considered advanced users of Internet and other new technologies, like mobile phones. Nevertheless, contrary to the idea that the massive introduction of these technologies in the society would contribute to one better acceptance of the same ones for learning, we have found examples of the opposite. Based on Technology Acceptance Model, we have made a questionnaire based research, having a total of 225 valid questionnaires. After carrying out a descriptive statistical analysis, we described some preliminary conclusions.
